Reflections from those who took the first step — choosing to grow, connect, and make a difference.

You've Got Questions. We've Got You.

Your journey matters. Let’s make sure you feel ready.

Check out some of the most frequently asked questions below — and if you’re still wondering about something, we’re always here to help.

  • What’s the time commitment?
We’ve designed PowerSeekers to be flexible and empowering. You can engage at your own pace, but we recommend setting aside 2-3 hours a week to participate in challenges, connect with others, attend optional events, or explore resources. There’s no pressure — just consistent support.
  • Can I join if I’m not sure where to start?
Yes — in fact, that’s exactly who this is for. If you feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or like you care deeply but don’t know how to take action… you're in the right place. We’ll guide you step by step and help you find your path.
  • Do I need to have experience?
Nope. You just need to care. Whether you're brand new to personal growth, environmentalism, activism or already involved in your community, there's a place for you here. We support you wherever you're starting from — and help you grow from there.
  • What do my annual dues go toward?
Your contribution helps us keep this program running — and growing. As a nonprofit, your support directly funds the tools, resources, mentorship, and learning opportunities that make this experience possible. These dues aren't just a fee — they’re an investment in growth, community, and collective action. We’ve kept our annual dues as low as possible to make it accessible for most, and every dollar goes toward empowering youth, restoring the planet, and building stronger communities. What You Get: Access to our full Building Block Library of personal growth modules Invitations to members-only events, community forums, and leadership opportunities Tools to track your journey and celebrate your progress A growing network of like-hearted changemakers If cost is a barrier, reach out. We’re working hard to make sure everyone can participate.
  • Still have questions?
We’d love to hear from you. Contact us at info@prime-earth.org or DM us on Instagram anytime — we’re real people and we’re always happy to talk.
  • What do I get as a member?
As a member, you get exclusive access to all our annual programming, mentorship from experienced guides, connection with a global community of changemakers, nature-based challenges and actions, and powerful resources to support your personal growth, well-being, environmental stewardship and activism. You also receive early access to exclusive Power Up bonus opportunities with our partners, discounts on merch, and community events throughout the year.
  • Is this a virtual or in-person program?
PowerSeekers is both virtual and in-person, so anyone ages 16 to 27 can join from anywhere in the world. We host year-round online events, discussions, and mentorship meetups virtual in our weekly jams. We run in-person community restoration events and activities in specific biodiversity hotspot zones, and we continually expand where PowerSeekers community members are located to increase our local to global reach. In the future, we'll host an in-person annual summit to bring out entire community together to celebrate our impact and super-boost our skills!
  • What happens after I register and pay my annual dues?
Once you register, you’ll get a confirmation email (don’t forget to check your spam folder just in case!). That means you’re officially part of the PowerSeekers community! You’ll hear from us again as soon as registration closes and we get ready to kick off Root & Rise — our two-week welcome period designed to help you ground yourself in the community and plant the seeds for the impact you’re about to make. Until then, we’ll send a few short updates, sneak peeks, and friendly reminders to keep you in the loop and get you excited for what’s ahead via our monthly newsletter. Root & Rise begins every February, June, and September, following each registration period.

Our international headquarters are located in Canada.

We respectfully acknowledge that the land on which our headquarters is located is within the bounds of the Treaty Lands and the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, as well as the traditional territory of the Huron-Wendat and Haudenosaunee peoples. This territory is mutually covered by the Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant.  We honour the longstanding Indigenous groups of this geographic region as the customary keepers, protectors, and caretakers for the environment, and follow their reverence for nature and leadership in caring for Mother Earth.
