Sponsor Us
The world changes when care flows into roots, into people, into possibility — to nourish growth.
Fuel the Movement.
Shape the Future.
You believe in the power of connection, restoration, and harmony. So do we.
That’s why we invite sponsors who share our values to support the growth of our global youth movement and the tangible change we’re creating together.
Sponsorship isn’t just a logo on a website. It’s an active role in our global mission. Sponsors help us remove barriers, scale our efforts, and build real-world systems rooted in care. Whether you’re supporting our members directly, funding a building block for our community, or fuelling our Harmony Operating Fund — your impact matters.

Why Sponsorship Matters
This movement was never meant to be led by one person or funded by one stream. It thrives through collective effort and strategic support. When you join as a sponsor, you help us restore ecosystems, empower youth, and build a more connected, values-driven world.
Your sponsorship doesn’t just fund activities. It funds transformation in people, in places, in communities, and in the systems that shape our world.
Your Sponsorship Go Directly Into:

Empowering Youth
by funding equity bursaries that remove barriers to membership and action, and the mentors who guide their transformations.

Powering Impact
by equipping restoration & advocacy crews with the tools to drive youth-led change, and the systems that mobilize them.

Fuelling Momentum
by covering transport and logistics that connect youth to meaningful action, and the coordination it takes to deliver impact.

Expanding Access
by investing in learning materials and accessible digital tools that spark collective action, and the facilitators behind the knowledge.

Strengthening Community
by empowering youth to lead local action that transforms the places they call home, with long-term guidance and care from our team.
A Culture That Carries with Care
The work we do is real — and it’s heavy. Supporting youth around the world to restore ecosystems and reshape broken systems requires a staff team that is strong, skilled, and fully supported.
We don’t expect miracles on a shoestring.
We don’t underpay and expect overperformance.
We don’t substitute passion for a paycheque.
And we don’t ask people to carry this mission while also carrying financial stress.
That’s not sustainable — and it’s not just.
This movement asks our staff to hold immense weight — emotional, logistical, and systemic. They are guides through restoration, advocacy, grief, and transformation. That work is serious.
And so is our commitment to the people who do it.

Investing in the Backbone
of the Movement
We believe in building a culture that sustains those who carry this mission forward.
That means hiring experienced professionals and compensating them fairly for their expertise.
It means supporting their continued growth with tools, training, and certifications — from mental health and ecological restoration to coaching, conflict resolution, first aid, and beyond.
We invest in our people — so they can invest in our youth.
And our youth can invest in building a better future.
Because if we’re serious about transforming the world,
we have to transform the system we build from within.
So when you sponsor us, you're not just funding a project.
You're not just investing in outcomes.
You're sustainaing the people who make it possible.
You're investing in the capacity, stability, and long-term health of a team built to carry this movement with care, clarity, and integrity— for the sake of every youth they serve.
Who Gives — and Why
Three aligned ways to support this work. One shared vision for change.
We work with sponsors of all kinds but each one plays a unique role in our movement. Whether you’re supporting young people directly, strengthening the foundation of our mission, or offering flexible support where it’s needed most, every type of sponsorship moves us closer to harmony.
Here’s how different supporters plug into our mission:

Member Access Sponsors
You open doors. Youth step through them into purpose.
These sponsors fund equity-based bursaries to help youth join the movement and take part in activities — no matter their background.
Why they give: They believe in youth empowerment, equity, and tangible access.
What they support: Membership fees, travel bursaries, essential participation needs (like gear and access), and the trained mentors who support each member's journey.
Ideal for: Businesses, brands, and individual donors committed to empowering youth and advancing equity in their communities and beyond.
Examples includes:
-
A Regional Credit Union funding 150 youth memberships in rural communities.
-
A Tech Company DEI Initiative building equity for 100 LGBTQ+ or BIPOC youth memberships.
-
A Local Bookstore or Cafe sponsoring 25 memberships in their neigbourhood to support youth change-makers close to home.
-
A Sports Retailer funding hiking boots and outdoor gear so equity deserving youth can take part in restoration activities.

Building Block Sponsors
You fuel growth. Our members build from the inside out.
These sponsors fund our organizational work: mentoring youth, restoring habitat, and raising awareness for systems change. They receive enhanced visibility by being publicly linked to a specific curriculum theme that aligns with their values.
Why they give: They want to invest in youth education, empowerment, and environmental impact, while authentically aligning their brand with a value-based movement.
What they support: General operations — including staff and logistics — with light-touch, values-aligned visibility through name placement in educational resources accessed by youth. (e.g., “This building block is sponsored by ...”)
Ideal for: Brands in wellness, sustainability, transportation, travel and more, seeking values-based visibility and impact, and meaningful integration into our youth empowerment journey.
Examples includes:
-
A Zero-Waste Company sponsors our 'Caring For Your Physical Wellbeing' building block promoting mindful, low-impact self-care.
-
A Electric Vehicle Brand sponsors our 'Better Mobility' building block that highlights sustainable transportation solutions for a cleaner future.
-
An Ethical Apparel Company sponsors our 'Fashion Choices' building block to promote sustainable decision-making.
-
A Creativity-focused Toy Company aligned with the value of rebuilding after setbacks sponsors our 'Overcoming Mistakes' building block.
Note: Sponsors do not influence curriculum content. Their support is recognized in alignment with the themes youth explore.

Movement Sponsors
You power the mission to create a more compassionate world.
These sponsors support the big picture by providing values-aligned funding that sustains our mentorship, reforestation, and educational advocacy programs around the world. Their support helps us meet real-time needs, scale what works, and strengthen our systems for lasting impact.
Why they give: They trust our leadership, believe in our systems-level strategy, and want to back the people and programs doing the real work.
What they support: General operations — including staff wages, strategy, logistics, and coordination across our global activities.
Ideal for: Visionary donors, ethical corporations, and mission-aligned businesses (large or small) ready to fuel global impact from the inside out.
Examples includes:
-
A National Outdoor Brand A fuelling cross-continental coordination of youth-led habitat restoration.
-
A Global Tech Company investing in the infrastructure behind our advocacy and education initiatives.
-
An Individual Philanthropist providing multi-year support to help scale our global mentorship and restoration activities.
-
A High-Net-Worth Donor sustaining the core operations of our movement with a flexible, unrestricted gift.
-
An International Publishing Company funding the expansion of youth education and advocacy content across multiple languages and regions.
Paths of Impact
Six ways to give. One shared mission.
We offer six sponsorship tiers designed to reflect both your level of investment and the unique role you play in fuelling our collective mission. Whether you're planting your first seed of support or sustaining a full system of change, there's a place for you here and your impact is treated with care.
Each tier includes visibility, connection, and shared alignment with values that matter. And because equity is central to how we operate, long-term sponsors at every level are recognized for the difference they make — not just the size of their gift.
Seed Sponsors
Seed Sponsors help break down barriers for youth to join the movement. Their support goes directly toward equity-based bursaries, gear, and logistics — so young people can fully show up, regardless of background or income.
Planting possibility by funding youth access and participation.

Equity Commitments in Action
We believe sponsorship should reflect values, not just dollars. That’s why every tier receives visibility and public acknowledgment.
Sponsors who give over time — even at lower tiers — receive the same care and recognition as higher-dollar funders, with features that reflect their long-term commitment.
Group features, rotating shout-outs, and story inclusions ensure that no gift goes unseen.
Custom Impact Stories are also available to long-term sponsors (3+ years) as part of our equity-based recognition.
And to be clear: No sponsor ever influences our content.
Visibility is aligned with values — not control.
Pockets full. Purpose ready.
Not sure where you fit?
Whether you’re thinking big, just getting started, or want to give anonymously, you got you.
Reach out here and we'll help you find the sponsorship path that fits your values, goals, and impact dreams.
Let’s talk. Let’s make something wonderful happen together.

Follow the Funds:
Transparency matters. So does trust.
That's why we don’t take your support lightly. Every dollar has a direction and a purpose.
Every contribution, no matter the type or tier, becomes part of our living network of action, learning, and care.
When you're with us: you’re backing young people who are stepping up, mentors who walk alongside them, and restoration crews bringing damaged ecosystems back to life. From mentor wages and youth bursaries to tree planting, toolkits, and the infrastructure that makes it all possible, we use every dollar with clarity, care, and long-term purpose.
Trust flows in. Impact flows out.
This is what your sponsorship sets in motion:

Member
Access
Covering member dues, onboarding, and optional travel help for active participation.

Member Infrastructure
Helping fund mentors, platforms, and systems that make deep engagement possible.

Program Operations
Covering wages, tools, supplies, transport, and gear for our operations crews and teams.

Organizational Infrastructure
Supporting insurance, tech, admin, and long-term systems to keep us running strong.

Professional Development
Investing in training a for the crews and mentors delivering our programs.
Who We Won’t Accept
Integrity matters. That’s why we don’t take just any money.
We only accept support that strengthens our mission.
Not every offer of support aligns with our values — and that’s by design.
We welcome diverse supporters from many walks of life, but we do not accept sponsorships from companies, industries, or individuals whose actions directly conflict with our mission or integrity. That includes those engaged in systemic environmental harm, exploitation, or injustice.
We conduct due diligence on all potential sponsors and reserve the right to decline any sponsorship if we believe it would compromise our values, our community, or the well-being of the youth we serve.
We also do not accept sponsorships from partisan political groups or religious institutions, in order to maintain our nonpartisan, nonsectarian position. Youth from all backgrounds are welcome as members — but institutional funding must remain neutral.
No sponsor has the ability to influence our programs, curriculum, or messaging. Support is welcome, but control is not.
We recognize that perfection is rare. So where questions arise, we assess on a case-by-case basis with care, context, and caution — especially for companies working to evolve in industries with historically harmful footprints.
This isn’t about gatekeeping — it’s about staying true to the integrity of what we’re building.

When Sponsorship Shift or Cross Boundaries
People change. So do companies. And sometimes, what once aligned… no longer does.
When concerns arise, we don’t jump to cancel — we pause, reach out, and listen. We go directly to the sponsor, ask honest questions, and assess the situation with clarity and care.
If we discover a boundary has been crossed, we act with integrity. That might mean adjusting recognition, pausing collaboration, or ending the sponsorship altogether.
We don’t protect funding at the expense of our values.
We aim to respond, not react. To move with respect, not punishment.
Our goal is to uphold what matters most: the wellbeing of our members, the integrity of our mission, and the trust of our community.
Ready to Watch the World Bloom?
Rain above. Roots below.
Growth all around.
Your sponsorship isn’t just a gift — it’s a living force. A steady stream of care that nourishes roots, uplifts young people, and helps entire ecosystems heal.
Every sponsor becomes part of a thriving web of restoration. You’re helping youth rise, forests recover, and broken systems shift, through care, not control. We restore the world by restoring what’s possible together.
We do not just raise funds. We raise futures.
This is what it means to sponsor with soul.
