Our Vibrant World

PowerSeekers is built on a community model — not just a program, but a living structure of care, collaboration, and shared purpose. Our system is made up of interconnected teams, each playing a key role in supporting member growth and turning reflection into action.

The Spark Team

At the core of PowerSeekers is The Spark Team — our HQ hub and beating heart.

This is PowerSeekers’ central coordination crew — the behind-the-scenes team keeping everything flowing. They design the learning journey, support our mentors, manage operations, and shape the rhythm of our collective experience. Everything from curriculum development to community-wide gatherings begins here.

The Spark Team is where the community’s energy comes together, where the curriculum is built and shared, and where mentors are equipped to guide you through both weekly virtual meetups and flexible solo journeys.

This team connects you to:

  • The Full PowerSeekers Community Learning System — a structured yet flexible, choose-your-own-adventure style curriculum for personal development and empowerment.

  • Weekly Mentor-led Group Sessions — offered in 5-week blocks throughout the year, organized into three dynamic semesters.

  • Bonus Power Ups — one-time virtual or occasional in-person sessions to help you sharpen your impact with fresh tools, tips, and inspiration.

Our Mentors

This team connects you to:

  • Weekly Group Virtual Meet Ups that bring members together in a supportive, high-trust space to reflect, learn, and grow.

  • Office Hours & 1:1 support — to check in, ask questions, and receive personalized guidance when you need it.

The Campaign Crew

Creative minds behind collective impact.

The Campaign Crew leads our advocacy initiatives, turning global issues into accessible, action-based experiences. They research key topics, build creative toolkits, and craft campaigns that help members raise awareness, shift behaviours, and take a stand for building a more compassionate world.

This team connects you to:

  • Advocacy Related PowerShifts structured, research-backed campaigns focused on key issues like palm oil, online animal cruelty, climate justice, and more.

  • Action Templates and Toolkits — that help share knowledge and spark conversation in your community or online.

  • Real-time Action Alerts — timely opportunities to show up, speak out, or take part in collective action when urgent issues arise.

Location-Based Restoration Crews

Rooted in place, working to restore.

Our Restoration Crews lead hands-on ecosystem repair in some of the world’s most threatened and biodiverse regions. These staff-led teams coordinate with local partners to plan restoration events that invite members to care for land, rebuild habitats, and restore harmony with nature.

This team connects you to:

  • Seasonal Tree Planting & Habitat Restoration Events held in active restoration zones, from urban greenspaces to native habitat sites, where members work together to restore ecosystems and build climate resilience.

  • Educational Field Experiences — immersive opportunities that connect your learning to the land, deepening your understanding of place, ecology, and impact.

  • Opportunities to Support Ecosystem Engineers — by enhancing habitats for species that naturally restore balance, helping nature heal itself over time.

Our Members

The pulse of PowerSeekers.

Our members — young people ages 16–27 — are the reason this community exists. They bring curiosity, care, creativity, and the courage (quiet or loud) to show up for something bigger than themselves. Some are bold change-makers; others are just beginning to explore what kind of impact they can make.

They come from cities, farms, villages, and classrooms, but they all share something powerful: a deep desire to grow, connect, and contribute to a more compassionate world in ways that feel true to who they are.

As a member, you’ll access:

  • Our Full PowerSeekers Community Learning System — available as a guided group experience or a self-paced journey, designed to help you reflect, grow, and discover your place in the bigger picture.

  • Action Opportunities through PowerShifts, Local Action Crews, and Restoration events — so you can turn your care into tangible impact, whether online or in your own community.

  • Connection and Recognition — grow alongside others and celebrate your progress through meaningful badges, momentum points, and community-wide awards that reflect who you’re becoming.

Our Partners

Collaboration that deepens the mission.

We work alongside a growing network of aligned partners — including Indigenous stewards, local organizations, restoration allies, and global advocates. These partnerships ground our work in wisdom, expand what’s possible, and keep us accountable to the places and people we serve.

With our partners, we’re able to:

  • Access and Steward Restoration Sites — in diverse tree-dominated ecosystems.

  • Offer In-kind Support and Additional Expertise — that strengthens events, campaigns, and education.

  • Build Coalitions for Change — that unite knowledge, justice, and community power.
