PowerSeekers Annual and all Gibbon Guardian memberships renew automatically each year for your convenience. Community Boosts are one-time memberships that last 12 months. We send reminder emails one month, one week, and three days before any renewal date.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-year, your membership will stay active until the end of your 12-month term, but it will not renew. Please note that memberships are non-refundable.

Memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If you cancel mid-year, you’ll still have access until the end of your term. Why no refund? Processing refunds means double handling and lost transaction fees (usually around 3%), which takes resources away from our programs. As a nonprofit, we need to keep every dollar working toward the mission. If you signed up by mistake (e.g., wrong membership selected, duplicate sign-up, a parent signed up the wrong plan for a youth, or an accidental double charge), please contact us within 5 business days. We can’t refund after processing, but in most cases we’ll either correct the plan (if you chose the wrong one) or credit your payment to our Community Support Circle if you’d like. After 5 business days, memberships are non-refundable, but you’ll still have full access until the end of your term.

Passport Codes make PowerSeekers memberships fair and accessible worldwide. Dues are adjusted by country, based on cost of living and youth income levels. If you live in a country with a code, simply copy it from our PowerSeekers Global Passport Codes file below and paste it into the coupon line when registering — your dues will adjust automatically.

PowerSeekers memberships are one type only. Gibbon Guardians can switch between membership levels at renewal time. If you’d like to add to the Community Support Circle later, you can make a donation through our donation page and note that it’s for the Community Support Circle.

It’s a pool of funds that helps cover memberships for people who are eager to grow with us but navigating financial barriers. When you choose a Community Boost, your extra contribution goes directly into the Circle.

Yes. Everyone receives a receipt for proof of purchase. However, memberships are typically considered payment for benefits and services, not charitable donations. In Canada, charities may only issue official donation receipts if the benefit received is minimal or if payment significantly exceeds the benefit’s value. At this time, our memberships are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
