PowerSeekers
How It Works
Start together. Build your foundation.
Then choose how you want to learn, connect, and take action.
PowerSeekers gives you a clear way in without locking you into one path. You’ll start with a shared foundation, then choose from different ways to keep learning, connect with others, and put your power to work.

Start Together:
New PowerSeekers begin in February and September, so you enter alongside other people who are starting too.

1. Join a Cohort
PowerSeekers welcomes new members twice a year, with new cohorts beginning in February and September. If you find us between cohorts, join the waitlist and we’ll save your place for the next one.

2. Get Oriented
Before you dive in, you’ll take part in 3 live orientation sessions over 2 weeks. You’ll learn what we’re about and how everything works, get set up with your resources and community spaces, and be welcomed into the community.

3. Choose Your Starting Point
Everyone starts with the Core Four Building Blocks, but you can choose how you work through them: at your own pace using the guided resources, or alongside other PowerSeekers in a five-week mentor-led group.

We give everyone the same foundation, with mentors and the community there to help you build from there.

Build Your Foundation:
The Core Four are the starting point for every PowerSeeker. These first Building Blocks help you get grounded, strengthen how you relate to yourself and others, and begin building the confidence and integrity you’ll need to take on bigger challenges.
You’ll unlock more Building Blocks and begin choosing what you want to work on next.
As you build experience, new pathways open too, taking what you’re learning about yourself into the way you understand and interact with the wider world.

Once the Core Four are complete, your choices open up.
The Building Block library is designed to grow with you. You can choose different topics, return to ones you’ve done before, and keep using them as your interests, experiences, and challenges change.
Strengthen your confidence, shape the habits you live by, and use your power to protect and restore the Earth.
Choose What
You Want to Take On
There isn’t one schedule or one track everyone has to follow.
You might be working through a Building Block, joining a PowerUp bonus experience because it catches your interest, or spending a few weeks working with others on something you want to change.

PowerUps
Try something new. Dig into an idea.
Pick up a skill. Meet people. Get outside.
PowerUps are short experiences you can jump into along the way. They might be workshops, discussions, nature walks, hands-on activities, special events, or something completely new we want to try together. They give you room to follow your curiosity and try something different.

PowerShifts
Choose something you want to change and see it through.
PowerShifts turn ideas into action to create a tangible impact, whether at home, in your community, or through action with others. You’ll take on a real issue affecting people, animals, or the Earth, carry it from planning to follow-through, and see the impact of what you accomplished.

Some things help you grow. Some put your power to work. Most do a bit of both.
Mentors
Are Part of the Whole Thing
You’ll have room to do things independently, but you’re never expected to figure everything out on your own.

Do Things With People Who Know What They’re Doing
Take on Building Blocks, PowerUps, and PowerShifts with a mentor to guide your experience and help put your skills and habits into practice.

Learn From Someone Worth Learning From
Mentors bring experience, perspective and practical know-how to what you’re working on, so you can draw on what they know and stretch what you can do.

Be
Taken
Seriously
Mentors listen to what you have to say, take your ideas seriously, give you honest feedback, and trust you with meaningful responsibility.
Respect. Access to experience. Individual attention. Challenge without control. Trust.
That's what you get with mentors here.
Once You’re In

Each Semester Brings Something New
PowerSeekers runs throughout the year, with each semester bringing a new mix of mentor-led Building Blocks, PowerUps, PowerShifts, discussions, events, and other ways to take part.
When a new semester begins, you’ll be able to see what’s coming up and choose what fits your interests, your goals, and your schedule. You can join a few things, focus on one, or keep working independently alongside them.
Members get access to a dedicated Activities & Events page where upcoming opportunities and sign-ups are posted.

There’s Always Somewhere to Go Next
Not “progress through levels.” Not “graduate.” Not “complete the program.”
As you gain experience, you can explore different Building Blocks, take on new PowerShifts, return to things that matter to you, and step into more responsibility when you’re ready.
But PowerSeekers isn’t something you finish.
PowerSeekers is a community you belong to.
Life will change, your interests will change, and there may be times you’re more involved than others, but you can keep coming back, reconnecting, contributing, and growing alongside people who share this with you.
Find your place. You belong with us.
Ready to Begin?
Come as you are. You belong with us.
