Giveaway Rules:
Pre-order purchase of t-shirts is available worldwide to all locations where Canada Post delivers.
Only those eligible will be entered into the Contest for a chance to win the grand prize.
Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees/volunteer staff, Board of Directors (as well as immediate family members of, and any person domiciled with any such employees/volunteer staff or Board of Directors, are not eligible to enter.
The Prime Earth This or That Gibbon Gear Giveaway (the “Contest”) sponsored by Prime Earth Education (the “Sponsor”) begins on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 3:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ONLY AN EMAIL ADDRESS and VALID CANADIAN SHIPPING ADDRESS is required. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Every t-shirt pre-order purchased during the Contest Period will be fulfilled within approximately 2-6 weeks after the close of the Contest, subject to Canada Post shipping times.
On Monday, December 21, 2020 in Burlington, Ontario, at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Before being declared a winner: The selected entrant will be contacted by email and notified that they are eligible to win. The selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim the grand prize. If no response is received within forty-eight hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures. Winning entry will be verified.
